Any training session in the two days following a heavy work out are a complete waste of time without a good diet targeted at supporting recovery after training,

Christel Dunshea-Mooij, Senior Performance Nutritionist from High Performance Sport NZ has spoken to the girls in previous years and will be back to speak to the girls on the first Weds next term, 16 Oct at 7pm in the school library. It would be great if at least one parent came with each girl to listen, and it is important that all girls attend.
